I’m Ashley, the founder of The Floral Bar workshops - a space where creativity, flowers and connection come together through hands-on engaging workshops.

With a background in people management, IT and event management, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful simple, mindful activities can be for reducing stress, strengthening team connection, and bringing joy into the workplace.

My passion for employee engagement and community enhancement began when I started seeking creative activities to recharge after corporate workdays, and it inspired me to create workshops that offer employees a moment of calm in their busy schedules.

Today, I design experiences that help teams connect, unwind, and rediscover creativity—through floral arranging, seasonal craft sessions, or recognising important moments.
